Some work is charged on a Flat-Fee basis and examples are listed below:
Simple Will: $200.00
Power of Attorney for Health Care: $150.00
Living Will: $125.00
Power of Attorney for Finances: $175.00
Other work that is complexity dependent will also be charged on a Flat-Fee basis, however the cost will be discussed at the first consultation. This type of work includes:

Name Changes
Custody and Divorce
Services that may continue over a period of time are based on an hourly rate.
~ COSTS:
All of the court costs are the responsibility of the Client and, must be collected prior to any filings. Unless excessive, the Firm does not charge for copies, envelopes, or an extra fee for long-distance telephone calls. Unless mail must be certified, or is excessive, postage is not charged to the client.
~ PAYMENTS:
The Firm accepts personal checks, all major credit cards, and PayPal.
~ PAYMENT PLANS ARE AVAILABLE ~
~ COUNTIES of PRACTICE: Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Lancaster, Lebanon, Perry, and York.
~ COUNTIES FOR ADOPTIONS AND NAME CHANGES: Will travel to most Pennsylvania Counties for the Court Date at no extra charge, with unlimited telephone and email contact prior to the Adoption or Name Change hearing.
